You can order one from any number of shops on the net like play-asia.com and such, but the best thing to do would be to go to Gametrader to get a hookup on an imported stick. He always has something in.

Serapis XLE- Gametrader’s is the place to find a wide variety of joysticks, but if I were you and you want a quality stick go for the hori real arcade pro, because all the other sticks out on the market don’t even come close imho. Gametrader (Brian O Sullivan) has one of the sticks left up there so hurry! Also, if you didn’t catch the name of the store gametrader meaning you can trade most anything game related for store credit. I dunno why more people don’t utilize this store???
