half you guys already know that i’m(aks216) is f0rest due to word of mouth. sorry, it was fun while it lasted but i don’t see a need to keep on with the charade.
some of you guys were told by other people, which kind of pisses me off because i had only told THREE people who i was. Weeks was the first person to know who i was. He knew before I even started posting. then after a while of everyone buyin into the character, Rex calls me and asks me if I’m f0rest. i tried to lie to him but I laugh too much when i lie so i ended up telling him/him figuring it out. and then i told glen that i was f0rest after he posted the first time to diss f0rest. after a while, i told blicen who then came to post about the money match, which was a great idea so i decided to go with it.
i had a lot of fun with it. some highlights…
me arguing with myself. i felt like i had a split personality inside of me, making fun of myself, etc. the avatar idea was really funny in my head and i decided to go with it. i went as far as to make another psn account. I posted in a random thread to throw people off my trail if anyone decided to look at my post history. i went all out.
kiet actually figured out it was me on his own. he apparently knew my style of writing. i tried to throw it off by capitalizing the first letter of sentences and proper nouns which i normally don’t do. i even addressed people as… to name…to Rex0r, to whoever…as a way to add definition to my character. but sorry i couldn’t have been a real person. woulda been fun to have a real f0rest.
when it came time for me to play kaal and mr. k online. i had to switch up my style a little bit. i mainly played as boxer and sagat. since my boxer is mediocre, i tried to innovate new shit to make people think i was someone different. c.hp into fadc. i even tried overhead into fadc. small things like that which i normally don’t do.
Koga and Ramen, anyone else who cares(?) - I figured out what was wrong with the buttons in kof12. You have to set your buttons to button type A B C or D, it has 4 types you can program for quick setup. So if you change it while it’s set to Type A it changes that type’s buttons and not the controls for the specific controller. Really bizarre setup. Sucks that we had to write it off today.
