I wish Gootecks had a really good Ryu on his podcasts I’m dying to hear some good Ryu strategy against the other tiers.
even if gootecks can get frankie, flare is just as suitable to have on the show, considering how different they tend to play. flares also one of the few people that can rep the east coast.

The podcast with the Euro players was really good. I like how they talked specifically about matches they had with other top players instead of just general strategies for playing well. Overall, it was a pretty enlightening interview.
The one part I found really interesting is the Hung B vs. Zak oro discussion. Props to J.R., it wasn’t a matter of Hart being off that day as suggested in the interview IMO but a matter of J.R. playing more strategically as the matches progressed. I would say the same thing about Hart beating Daigo in their matchup. Daigo wasn’t off, he just got outsmarted.
