ya i wouldn’t even bother playing the pc version if i were you, it’s ass.
online is godlike on pc.
it’s really not. there are so few players on pc and they’re either horrible or have some kind of framerate issue because their computer still runs on hamster wheels. not to mention since it’s on pc there are so many laptop users which means more than 1/3 of the pc playerbase are on wireless, it’s a nightmare. playing on pc also means convenience so a lot of clueless people play it while streaming or downloading/uploading something.
i really miss xbl, full of players and greenbars at any given time. i think i might just get myself another 360 just so that i can play ae while gladly offering my money to microsoft for their peer to peer connection and kinect ads.
wwut, I have never had any problems with PC, like 99.9% of players got A-grade PCs and matches especially near your region work like dream.
It’s not perfect by any means, but seems to be on par if not even better than XBL minus the huge XBL playerbasea. Being Finnish I get way lower lag vs central european/UK players compared to PSN or even XBL. :3
Mellow: what kinda specs does your computer have? Like do you have proper graphics card to run the game?
europe might be a different case (great internet and you’re all over each other), but unfortunately america is big and we have QUALITY internet and most people really have no idea how to configure their settings even less how to port forward.

To whomever was saying that c.MK might be -7 now instead of -6 like it was an AE, you were absolutely correct. Chun-Li can now reversal ultra a blocked c.MK.
Shhh…Don’t tell the Chun board that. The match can be annoying enough as it is. Although according to the Chun boards, they recommend ultra 2 against Dudley.
I don’t think fishing for a blocked cr. mk is worthy of switching ultras for the matchup though. And I’m gonna tell em.
If I am reading the frame data correctly, it’s a one frame punish as well. Very steep.

I meant steep in regards to chun switching ultras vs duds. My bad.
My original thought with the -7 thing was “Hey, Ryu’s sweep is easy to punish, maybe since Dudley’s is worse on block now it will become an issue.” But Ryu’s sweep is -14. So yeah, you’ll probably never get hit with a 7-frame reversal for sticking out a cr.MK. But it does make any other punishes that much easier, so just watch your spacing
In regards to this game, it is a small window to hit the U1 on reversal against the crouch mk. Mostly cause its hard to tell when block stun ends from the animation.
