How do we do low tier in State College? Can I get away with Guile Iceman Cyclops, or do I have to really scrub it out and play Guile Akuma Ken?

I consider low tier anyone but Cable, Sent, Storm, Mags – everyone else is fair game… Otherwise, all glitches and everything fine. I’m not as demanding as the true low tier rules. I also would love to see a random tourney – maybe we can have a non-player randomly select our teams. That would be awesome.
I propose the same for SFIV – random-select tourney, best 2 out of 3. Winner get a free burrito (we all chip in towards one). Anything goes, be as slutty as possible.

Ok, so gaming ideas in store for this weekend. We’re pretty much going to be playing Sat, Sun, and Mon evenings with some random gaming in between. Here’s what Andy and I have in mind for a random SF4 team tourney:
- random teams of 3 with random character select (every game?)
- each team chooses characters (randomly) and then can discuss which teammate should play which character
- best of 3 games, double-elimination
I think Thanh will be gone till Sun or late Sat, so how does Sun evening sound? We need a lot of players to make this work. Online players are a possibility. Dan? Chase? Edit: FMJ!?
I don’t know if I’ll be able to play this weekend, but I’ll definitely make it over Monday evening.
