I almost bought the deluxe edition at work today. I can get it for around $55 (normally $70). I just don’t have the extra wiggle room funds wise right now

The Mandalorian is hot fire, I say this as a person who doesn’t care much for Star Wars. Love the gritty, grounded take. If they use Jedi in the future, use them sparingly
And I loved the twist at the end of episode 1, did NOT expect to see that. Episode 2 continues the trend of quality (the have has a movie like budget too which is nice)

@HD-Man Same man. I’m very much a fair weather fan. I wouldn’t even consider myself a casual fan but the whole vibe and pacing of The Mandalorian immediately captivated me and got me hooked.
The first episode fucking delivered on all fronts. Made me immediately want more as well as made me beyond hype for much potential it has going forward
Just hook it into my god damn veins.

What caught me off guard was how grounded it was, and the ending to the first fight scene, i didnt expect Disney to push the PG limit like that
I was also immediately attracted to the main character, reminded me of the Stars Wars version of Deathstroke but he’s a bit of a goof
Will be following this series weekly, im so impressed. If they can gets guys like us who normally overlook Star Wars, they have something special on their hands

It’s not even that I over look the franchise. It’s just before Disney Retconned the entire franchises timeline there was too much to follow or keep up with. Whether it was novels, comics, video games or whatever. Overwhelmingly so. So I didn’t want to follow it. This is one of the reasons I don’t really like trying to stay current with marvel/dc. There’s just too much. The prequels also had a huge hand in killing what little love I had for the franchise.
Since Disney nuked the storyline saying “abc are no longer canon but going forward xyz will” it’s renewed my interest in the franchise.
It’s just movie wise nothing has really clicked or registered with me. All the side stuff like Mandalorian or what I’ve seen of clone wars? Fuck yeah. Sign me up for all that shit.

Man Star Wars might be on the up turn.
So do they ever talk about how the main characters and the others clones can tell the clones apart? A lot of them are given nicknames Or have distinct “differences” like a hair cut/color, a scar etc, so I get that.
But how can they tell which clone is which one that goes by that specific nickname since they’re all More-or-less identical and when most of the time they’re in full gear.
Does the series eventually tell you or are you just supposed to go with it?
Don’t get me wrong I like that the crew behind the show found ways to give clones their own distinct personality and traits. But sometimes it seems like a glaring “how? What?” That needs to be answered.
Also, as good as this show is…it’s really hard to feel anything for the main characters like Anakin, Obi Wan, Padme etc…since we all know nothing actually happens to them since we all see them in the sequel. There’s no real sense of danger or urgency for me to feel when I already know nothing bad is actually going to happen to them.

Can you not be a dumb piece of shit for once and not spoil a clearly very important key plot point in a game that has barely been out 48 hours? Especially one as anticipated as Fallen Order. That’d be fucking awesome.

I swear come people have no chill with videos on YT. I wasn’t even looking for spoilers for the game and lo and behold, it’s right on the front page titles and all. I really wish people would give some breathing room. Game has barely been out for two days.
Anyways, being an edge lord in this game is extremely satisfying.
Regardless of the SW title, this never gets old.
