Is not just parents fault. Society for whatever reasons has been supporting these beta raising kids thing where omg you cant say NO to them, you cant ground them let alone lay a finger on them etc etc. We are just raising people made out of glass

It basically comes down to parents being lazy. Which to be honest has always been the case but now with TV, internet and social media it is just easier for dumb ideas to creep and fester in kids and poorly raised young adults.

School counseling are gonna call my ass to meetings cause I’m not doing shit “the proper way”. Universities, elementary schools, social workers, psychologists every fucking one is on board to the let’s fucking raise snowflakes.

That’s not at all what school counselors are for. Hell, CPS gets called when we suspect abusive stuff happening with a student. We are legally required, at least in TX, to contact CPS the moment we suspect. Not when we have evidence, just when we feel that a child may be in danger; if not then we could lose our license.

It is a hypothetical example lol not from experience but I have talked to PhD friends who now resent their parents cause they “abused” them aka used to slap them when they were misbehaving. I think if you google you can find stuff like “kid tells on parents for taking away phone” or some shit like that
