Ewan Mcgregor as Obi-Wan was practically the only good thing in the prequels.
It would be a great disservice to the fans and the to the franchise as a whole if they start casting and donāt include Ewan at all in some capacity.
The guy is still alive, at the right age to be a younger Sir Alec Guinness and he still has the training from the previous films. Makes sense, no?
He also captured Guinnessās style perfectly.
the only question left would beā¦are they going to have to mute him every time theres a light saber fight scene to keep him from making the āwhooshā sound every time theres a light saber in his hand?
