I overall enjoyed the show, but I honestly question the nom for Best Drama series.
We call that your Skull Alpha, it must be like 3 or 4 inches thick.
Now I know how @purbeast felt in TLOU2 thread. I thought something got announced yesterday and it was just Mr. Me Against The World pulling his usual shenanigans.

Sometimes the best drama isn’t about the dramatic content, but the overall production. Even if you find the story hokey, the quality of the show and the various special effects make it a legit standout in a year where you have some other sci fi shows get confusing or bust up their audiences.
Plus the HBO’s Watchmen is called a limited series by the Emmy folks.
All the other I could totally see. More-so a stance on my personal preference. I thought it was good, just wasn’t something that I felt the story netted in the process.
The irony in this is that there are very few of us here who like TLJ, and even fewer who think the ST was resolved with any sense of respect to the source material. In fact, I don’t think there’s anyone here who disagrees that Disney fucked up by not having a cohesive plan. We’ve just all moved on. That’s a conversation we have not had in a long time. A long time.
