I’m a little more curious as to what kinds of stories/plots they choose for the movies than who they cast though…hmm…
No you’re a jackass because you decided to be a dick about it. YES there is a difference…different name, different story, etc. etc. The idea of “Marvel putting _______ characters in UMVC3” preemptively to kind of advertise for future movies remains. Regardless of whether or not the actual character is different, I would bet that a lot of people started watching the cartoon because they were familiar with Nova from the game. I doubt people would have been like “Oooh, Nova is in this show…EW WHAT THE HELL IT’S NOT THE SAME ONE!! stops watching”
The Incredible Hulk was poo. And even if the majority of their efforts haven’t sunk that low, they haven’t exactly shot for the moon, either.

The Incredible Hulk is among my favorites in Marvel’s stable. I’m heavily biased towards Hulk so that has a lot to do with it.
Pretty much any movie studio would KILL to have the Incredible Hulk as its worst outing.
