ST USA vs Japanese version differences

You can block. It happens to me often with Ryu and sometimes with Fei Long. It seems to only happen when I super through a fireball at too great a distance though. I don’t recall it happening in any other situation, but I could be mistaken.

ST dizzies always seemed iffy to me
rarely have i seen a ryu Triple fierce combo dizzy…but a crossup low strong into FB usually does…Feis 5 fierce rarely dizzies…but a hop kick linked into low fierce would…just weird shit
