crying about Honda while losing in a regular player match
I actually been wondering about this, it may be an obvious question but how do you know if someone is using a turbo pad? Worst case scenario would be getting thrown like a bitch all day.

Truth. The only times I’ll even consider someone having a turbo pad is if they can somehow do 50% life to me on a multi-hit throw (when I’m mashing like crazy on a Hori consistently during the match).
Even then it only makes me try harder.
BG to x MAGNUS 420 x. Was playing a Player Match with him and one other guy just for fun, things were fine at first but then I picked E. Honda. He goes “Man, now you’re playing Honda, he’s a cheap character.” I responded, “Um… no disrespect, but you strike me as too good of a player to be making a claim like that. It’s kind of juvenile to be calling Honda, or any character in ST, ‘cheap’.” His response was to blow up at me, pick Honda 3 times in a row, and mash Hundred Hand Slaps, screaming “LOOK HOW CHEAP HE IS, HE’S SO FUCKING CHEAP, YOU’RE AN IDIOT FOR NOT SEEING HOW CHEAP HE IS!”
Nearly, so nearly beat him with Vega (Claw). sigh Oh well, quit match, player list, avoid player.
Also, BG turned GG to FALL OF CHAOS. He joined a few friends of mine, picked Vega, and I whomped him with Bison (Dictator). He starts going off in a foreign voice (sounded Russian, but he later claimed he wasn’t) about how cheap I was, using the same move (I Psycho Crusher’ed maybe 3 times the whole match), and calling me “mother shit” and “son of shit.” I faked a Russian accent to throw the insults right back, and much lol-ing ensued. He then picks Blanka vs. my E. Honda, trying to outdo me by spamming Cannonballs. He loses, calls me “mother shit” a few more times, and leaves. 20 minutes later or so, he comes back and starts the same routine. My friends and I couldn’t stop laughing, it was the funniest thing to be hearing this guy’s foreign accent swearing nonstop. He was swearing when he was SPECTATING. I was so amused I sent him a Friend Request, which he accepted. Great times.
