It’s easy, log in, where it says “compose new message” just type the person’s handle (starting with a “@”) and a message:

Any particular reason to try David Hinds instead? Also maybe we could bargain with them, with something we dont really even need that will probably get taken away anyway. Something like

“We’ll give up no-hardknock down j.hp, if we can keep jump back dive kick”

Since they are going to take it anyway, all we really do is gain from it.

Anyway I have a single twitter account at the ready. It’s pretty much a throw away i made a month ago in the rare event i need to message somebody on twitter. Ill shout at whoever we agree on, but there really is no point if multiple people arent going in there with me. With one complaint people go “Oh its just one guy with an issue.”. The more complaints there are, the more likely a person is to say “Maybe we should really give this one a second glance.”

Basically you take a picture, add a caption, and send it to a fellow snapchat user on your friends list. They see the message, and have to hold down on the “view message” option in order to see it(at least on mobile). They have 3 seconds to view the picture and read the caption, then the message disappears forever. It’s almost like you cant send a picture through a text or something. Or you know. Post it on facebook, instagram, or twitter. No people want to use a blatantly pointless app.

What reasoning did someone give to make that actually happen? I hope they atleast add some positive recovery frames to it. Besides that Juri sounds fantastic. Also I played Juri at one of the location tests in the past, U1 can only last at max 2-3 combos only if the set ups work. Other than that they basically made it where ultra 1 will never be picked again, because why pick ultra 1 when double ultra combo FSE has no nerfs (Unless they changed it) and u get a free 2/3 ultra 2 if needed.

Uh, U1 in double ultra mode is MUCH shorter. I used it once and activated as soon as I got ultra and barely had time to land a hit and get a short combo. It felt like a total waste of ultra to me and I didn’t pick double ultras again. Normal U1 felt fine though.

was both done at lowest ultra setting? the version i played they were the same, but that was a month ago. Because at lowest ultra meter on both i remembered they were super fast.

Yes. I got a knockdown, saw I had ultra, and just activated automatically without even thinking about how short it might be. I got about 4 seconds or so which is right in line with what I expected. Not worth it to me, maybe someone with better setups could use it.

sounds like everyone might have to move to ultra 2, lucky for us we have red focus/ RFADC to set up ultra 2 now. I actually like the changed to EX fireball, i wonder if they adjusted normal mid fireball. I know if you time it correctly mid fireball hits crouchers on wake up. actually i just realized @voidstar my friends mentioned ur tag before. are you by chance norcal?

I’d say anybody choosing double ultra is gonna have to hit confirm before activating U1 for it to be useful for anything.
like juicebox stated on Capcom-unity…cr.mk > fireball release > fadc > ultra 1 >combos!

so somebody here or somewhere, cant remember, stated you cant activate u2 while in U1. Which sucks ass.
unless they build ultra meter while feng is still activated.

so can someone that has access to an ultraSF4 cab please do this.
activate full meter ultra1, do red focus on something like ryu’s super while up in ryu’s face, focus attack lvl 3 him, and launch ultra 2.
make sure you see if ultra 1 is still active when you launch ultra 2.
you got 9 seconds to red focus level 3 focus attack to ultra 2 launch.
should be plenty of time.
