Just faced off against a blatent lag hacker. Guy named OMGZombiePWND. He was honda i was gouken. As soon as i was starting to win it froze, then i couldnt move and he pulled off a full hands to roundhouse combo and killed me. I messaged him “How much you pay for that laghack?” And he sends back “GG” confirming his hackery. At least he was nice about it
or maybe in his language, “how much you pay for that laghack?” translated to “hey, great match you pwnd me to the point i froze up”.
It’s been a while since i got msgs after a game, but that’s because i almost never face new people. Beat a free Adon, msgs me for a “remtch”, because i ended the ranked match with a shin shoryuken as a reaction to ex jaguar tooth.

Yyyyyeah, that’s probably not a laghack. I’ve had that happen to both players, where things freeze up, and when it unfreezes it plays back all the inputs that came in during the freeze. Which for me usually means crouchblocking or jumping back for a few seconds.
Played a FREESTYLE SKILL or something similar last night LOL.
Played him like 5 times cos he kept pointfarming. He was alternating between Sagat and Guile. He beat me like 4 times, 3 of those I was playing Sak/Blanka, which are obviously tough matchups. His wins were very narrow. When I used Chun against his guile it was literally a pixel of health left in it.
He then played a very very very shitty random headstomp, random Ultra Bison against my Chun which was a walk in the park basically.
Anyway after 5/6 fights I just got bored of fighting him so I started kicking him.
He then sends me a message saying my Chun was a ‘waste of space’ and ‘I’m lucky I’m in the UK, because in Asia I’d have 0points’ and I’m shit LOL.
Seriously, he very narrowly wins fights that were skewed in his favour, he lost once because he clearly has no idea how to use Bison - or I’m assuming any character that can’t spam fireballs - and he has to send abuse as if he’s fucking amazing at this game, lol. If he can only beat me by pixels of health at a time, I really do wonder how much better he’d manage to do on the asia network, lol.
What I also find amusing is he clearly equates skill with points yet he barely had any himself…
Abuse from sore losers is funny, but these deluded fucks who think they’re god’s gift cos they can beat me (who’s a self confessed scrub) are just… god knows… retards, lol.
He sends you hatemail like he was offended by you kicking him, yet it was clear what he was up to. If I see this guy hosting a game I want to play him. 
Similar thing happened to me: this Akuma joined my room in endless and his connection was awful. His strategy was run away fireball and sweep if I got too close. I just switched on to autopilot because it was so hard to do anything that I gave up trying. So he beats me in two games and by that point I’d had enough and kicked him. Of course I got a hatemail that said something along the lines of having sex with my mother and that I’m a cheap bastard. Kinda funny calling me cheap considering his playstyle is runaway fireball. Not that I think that’s cheap, but you know what I mean.

You’d beat him no problem, lol. On a better day my Chun would have beaten his guile, it was a clutch win and I’ve beaten far far better Guiles than that. And his Bison was just… eurgh it was horrible. REALLY horrible.

Considering the fact that I’m a Graphics student, I can tell that he has some talent. But, that doesn’t change the fact that he’s a grown man that acts like a douche when he wins, and a child when he loses.

I’m not defending the fact that he quit, and he’s a douche in that sense…but when some random person who, granted, is a little mad that his time was wasted takes the time to post this kids portfolio and have the balls to say something like his art “leaves something to be desired,” I, as an art student as well, have to say something.
…and yes, at my school, in my halls, there are pictures hanging that are immensely more thought provoking and show an understanding in the craft. The thing though is that he does have talent, otherwise, he wouldn’t be as established as he is. Atleast he’s making a semi living off of it.

If this guy had any brains, he’d learn to keep his mouth shut about his job. What if there’s a potential client that recognises his name? I’ve worked with creative directors who were gamers. Given a surfeit of talented people, I think they’d hire the one that didn’t have a reputation for rudeness and egotism.
