lol i was asking just to know if that was the fastest you can get out of the rotations/wiggles on the joystick. but yeah that is more than “fast enough” lol i think i’ll be using U2 most of the time when the new version releases.

I’d assume that it is the fastest it can go, but again, no one has really offered any opinions on his new stuff or mentioned any new things that are possible.

Only reason we know the counter FADC denjin is possible midscreen is cause they showed us the video.

So this may be very telling of my skill, but I just saw some videos of Shin Gouken. I’ve never fought him myself, but holy shit! Why can’t we have some of THAT?! Armored Senkugoshoha?! Really?!?!

most of the stuff he has is pretty broken, particularly in the corner. I don’t think armored senkugoshoha is an inherently bad idea, but I haven’t given it that much though as to how it would be game breaking, that is given it’s not sped up to the same speed as shin gouken.

Armored senku… Would lose to EX balls for free, would easily punish Akuma air fireballs though and regular fireballs (no more having to time it). I’d honestly probably rather have armor on EX then the invincibility. Def can’t put armor on the regular one though.

Armor on EX would be what I’d want. It’s a shame how G-man’s EX’s don’t mean too much unless you’ve comboed them or managed to sneak it in! But we’re not getting so I’ll continue to make do.

Shin Gouken’s senku has armour for the first few frames (before he rushes in), then he has invincibility for the rush-in part, then he doesn’t have any invincibility during the attack start-up (the last 8 frames or so). It’s actually more broken than what you can see in the video. If EX properties had this then idk, it might still be a bit too much considering you have a free follow-up with a decent damage as long as it is a grounded hit.

That’s all the hits of super right? And that will hit every time if buffered into c.LK? Is this in old AE?

Yes, that is all the super hit, and yes, it came out faster then AE so it is probably 2012, but the same move can be done in AE too. c.LK into super will get all the hit as well in that range. So this didn’t show us anything new.

I was hoping to see some (divekick-cl mp-far mp) type strings. I gotta see if it does anything.
