That’s fucking intense. How you managed to input so many things in one jump, yet none of it comes out if when they reversal is beyond me.
I take it there was a delay between the cmd DK and low parry, and when you did the parry you did

reverse DP + LP,LK. It can cover crouch tech and throw.

but the timing of input this is more difficult than usual crouch tech.
I input the OS dash in hit-stun of DF Kick.
I recommend using this OS dash with not command dive kick but DF Kick because it is difficult to input dash in the short hit-stun of command dive kick.

Same dude who bodies with Honda. Clearly Dhalsim isn’t his main. Notice the trend in my playstyle. It’s full of anticipation and reads at first, but later turns to shit.
Off of backthrow, what are you doing? It’s like you are trying to go for minimal damage…

Shit just happens when I play. 
Watching someone play is a completely different experience from me having control of the character. I guess that’s just part of not playing enough.
Sometimes I think, and sometimes I overthink. That j.mk after the backthrow of first match for example was completely random and I have no legitimate excuse as to why I did that. I probably had too many thoughts in my head about what to do and ended up hitting some random button out of the pressure from playing in general.
You should probably relax and get a set thing down. You had Ultra 2, you could have easily have done dj.mp (2 hit) and then Ultra 2 him and killed him.
Just start with either always hard kick tatsu after backthrow or practice dj.mp (1 hit) into sweep.

You’re jumping too much, dude… too much to the point that Balrog got you with headbutt several times. You’re also using cr. jab a lot. It’s not going to do much for you. Switch it up with cr.mp xx fireball occasionally. Abuse it if your opponent doesn’t know they can reversal or focus in-between the two attacks.
At the end of the match when you landed the throw, instead of opting to fireball, just dash up and ultra him for the chip. He won’t be able to backdash out of it.
14:10… have a little more confidence when you’re going for nj.HP. Don’t do it with the mindset that it’ll get blocked - I’m guessing that’s why you hesitated and did throw instead. Do it with the mindset you’ll hit instead. This way you’ll be better prepared to deal a high-damage combo afterwards. If you still ain’t confident you can hit-confirm off one hit, just do cr.hp xx fireball. If that gets blocked, you’re fine, if that hits, FADC > cr.hp xx HP/EX Palm.
14:20… f.throw, dash, delayed LK flip? What were you trying to do there? Hoping he’d whiff something? Doesn’t work against headbutts nor dragon punches with that setup. Plus reversal will break flip focus.

You can…well… in arcade mode. I discovered that one against an AI, but looking at frame data, the AI was doing HP dash straight all this time.
Fuck.
Well to be honest, that balrog doesn’t know what he’s doing, because lp dash straight is faster and safer (only -3 on block). The only move you can punish is his level 3 turn punch that is -9 anything else you cant punish with tatsu

there is two problems here, first one is he plays way more than you, second it seems that you are afraid of something. You are playing but your mind is not there, no AA, no tech, bad counter reads, no nothing!!! this match up i like to play on the offensive side, but in order to be good you need to manage OS for his invincible moves (something that im not 50% of doing it but still trying) but get into the cody matchup section and read about it men
