I have a idea, but it will only work if everyone has paypal. Basically sometime we hold a 32-man tourny, everyone pays like 3 bucks to enter.Thats 96 bucks for prizes, which could be ordered from where ever using the paypal. Like 1st place could get a game, 2nd place a Collector action figure, 3rd palce a poster etc. Whatever the money could get. Whoever you guys deemed worth enough to handle the money is fine with me, but I would do it if no one minded. And if something did happen, ban the fuck out of them. Also I spent about 150 buck this year on SRK Secret Santa, so Im good on it.

Anyway, just throwing a idea out there. Bring some idea of you own so we can spice things up.

What about the people who live in other countries? (like Immajinn for example is in Canada, I’m in Brazil, there are UK competitors as well…) Would they receive the prizes if they won anyways?

Guess I’ll need to practice against some better people… I really should be better, but that’s what such a long layoff (oh, about 13 years!) will do. The best place to find good competition is the forums. Althought it helps to build up the friends list on PSN, I propose using IRC as an ongoing way to find and discuss matches in realtime (it’s way more convenient than sending messages via PSN).

There are already two channels for this: #capcom which seems to be mostly discussions about SF4 these days, and #srkbrawl which is mentioned in various dark places around the SRK site. The latter probably makes the most sense, but #hdremix could work if more people know about it. Maybe there is another channel that makes more sense and I just don’t know about it…

Great idea…I will be one of those that will be in the #hdremix room looking for matches. If you see me in there…you can be sure I’m playing so hollah at ya boy. I want to get better so come learn me a few things!
