Tedmark and Voltech are the only 2 good Chun Li players I run into on PSN, although chun is just fucken annoying to deal with online.

I don’t mind chun offline, I don’t get dropped inputs when teching a throw or combing a jump in. Online it’s like…throw…throw…throw…

Naw, the worst for me to play online is ken/ryu… I can’t time anything against spamming srks from a laggy ken.

Ryu can be quite bothersome for me in lag. Because I need to be able to boom, walk forward and Cr block on reaction if they hurricane, a lot of the times i get hit because I crouched in time, but the delay or rollback says otherwise =/…it’s really hard to deal with using guile, especially if they use Old ryu, his tatsu is so good.

Ken is weak sauce for me, dp spam? Easy to deal with for me.

Online jab DP spam bugs the shit out of me. You can’t time anything against it, you try hitting when you should and you just eat another, time it earlier, eat it anyway, time it later, eat it… it’s like wtf? What I really hate online is how I can do a crouching MP and some crouching roundhouse spammer hits me from across the screen. I just don’t get that, I mean wtf, my hitbox isn’t anywhere near it and I get hit. The foot could be under the tip of the claw and plenty far from Vega’s knee yet it still gets hit. That shit annoys me more than anything, and there is no roll back animation to place my opponent closer, they’re still in the same spot, so somewhere is fucked either I’m too close and I’m not seeing it, they’re too close, or the game just has fucked up hit box detection online. I’ll take the latter since the netcode is so fucking shitty I could easily believe that the hitboxes are fucking up left and right.

If you’ve never seen a shoto jumping roundhouse hitbox…you’ll be amazed when you do and realize why its so fucken hard to anti air with a normal…huge ass red rectangle.

You’d be even more amazed at Old ryu’s jumping roundhouse.

Not sure if it helped or hurt me but you where my first game on PSN in months. I hadn’t even bothered checked my buttons, I just started a game and realized that my buttons where all mixed lol I kept swinging punches when I wanted to kick and visa versa. I think I got lucky with my mixed up tactics :wink: GG’s though I’d like to play you again with the correct layout and see if I can still get a win =P

P.S. Unless you main Vega or Honda don’t bother picking them to beat me I know those matches too well :wink:

Sorry for letting my inner scrub show here, but the blue is where they can be hit by an opponent and the red is what will hit an opponent am I correct? Because if that’s the case then DAYUM. It looks like the only time you’d be able to effectively anti-air the old version is when they’re right over your head.

Also, damn GGs to Vermine1978 (THE most improved player I’ve seen on HDR) and** Alpha Omega ZX** (I’m trying to up my Bison game by studying, but not outright imitating, yours).

GGs to all i played recently, i hooked up my PSN on my showcase cab so i can play HDR on a perfect 360 stick…Very responsive but its a bit tiring as i’ve been playing jap parts for good year now…

I’ll probably take turns going back n forth PSN/XBL add me if you want to get some Gief matchups!
