No first matches don’t start till February 22nd.
Can we just be unified under 1 discord server? We can divide discussions further by region or whatever else with text channels. Having separate servers is going to lead to a lot of confusion and unorganization.
Mods could mod the entire server easily (including scoring) if we were under one server. This was what I was referring to when I first suggested discord.
This is what an organized server should look like: (taken from the smash 4 Ryu discord). Friendlies request, friendlies 1, friendlies 2, etc is a good example of how our regions can be separated into text channels.

I don’t mind being a mod to help set everything up so things run smoothly from the get go, I just don’t want to be a mod forever. Please let me help.
@TheBlackHombre make one and send me an invite so I can take a look at it. The separation with servers was just so mods could have easy access of gathering match data. If you can create a more fluid Discord server then I all for it.
I thought separate servers made it easier for folks to quickly find people in their region. Make a discord server with the breakdown and I will take a look at it.
In the mean time how do I get in to the euro one, it tells me either the server address is wrong or expired? I have already joined the general one when it was originally set up
How are we supposed to do our matches if we can’t host or invite people? Is there an ETA from Capcom to get it running?
Matches don’t start until next week, hopefully they figure it out by then
West folks we should post fighter IDs somewhere in the discord so we know who to invite (or just add each other on PSN), unless everyone’s discord name is their fighter tag too.

@Norse_Fury sorry, all registration for this season ended on the 8th of this month I believe. You shouldn’t have a problem registering for the next season in a few weeks when it’s open though.
@drunkards_walk I created a text channel in the East 1 room titled #match-ups; I’ll post the weeks matchups there for you guys every Monday as kind of a bulletin board that everyone can check. I kinda jumped the gun and posted the matchups for next week hella early if you want to check them out and start setting things up between yourself and your opponent.

Yes registration will open again after we wrap up the first week of the season. For me, lobbies were great today, played someone from NY to Miami and our FT5 sets went so smooth, if they keep up we will start as planned on the 22nd.
