Probably Akuma since the original ST he just had random voice samples from the other characters.

Yep. In ST he has Ryu/Dhalsim’s KO cry but in Hyper he has Boxer’s.

He also used Boxer’s in the GBA ST.

On arcade HSF2 (not sure about the console versions), his intro has been changed a little. Rather than having his song play right as soon as the camera switches to the match, it actually plays Dictator’s song for a second or two, then Akuma’s starts when he zooms onto the screen. Personally, I like the old way better.

All correct. I never expected nothing to be said, just what they did. Since this is CvS2, I would also have accepted Sakura/Yuri when Sakura bowed to Yuri and Iori/Bison when Iori fired at Bison and jumped.
