Now that’s some new trivia to me.
Destrega (sp, anyone?), no doubt about that. Hell, 90% of combat was over magic projectiles in that game.
That’s a tricky one. I’m personally racking my brain over technicalities. I would say Apocalypse from XvSF merely because he never actually uses his fist to make direct contact with the opponent (unless you get smashed by his Shockwave-ish attack), but going by the dictionary definition of punch ("a thrusting blow, esp. with the fist), then he doesn’t count with his drill arm and his mace ball slam. I was then thinking Onslaught from MvC, but his second form has the two claw swipe attacks that would question the basis of a punch. I dunno. I don’t want to go too in-depth to a simple trivia question.
And I’d think Ivan Ooze is right. After watching footage, I think all of his attacks were specials. You should go look search for something like “Ivan Ooze broken” on YouTube.
EDIT: I kinda laughed when they pulled up his first move titled “Spark Punch.” No real fist, but I guess that counts as a punch to some extent.
I’d personally pull up Variable Geo questions, but the game might be too obscure for this community, not to mention it’s a bit of a hybrid between h-game (slightly) and fighter for it (though it had pretty decent fighting mechanics, save the OTG stuff).

The other game where Blanka appears without Honda is the Game Boy version of SFII.
