However, there is a third game-mechanic aspect of Miis: “Powers”. There appear to be special abilities available to them, based on a screenshot showing off that menu a while back. They offer things like “Increased attack power in a pinch”. These appear to be static, unlike the random-value stat modifying items. Where does the league stand on these?

I thought the powers only applied to Smash Run? I remember seeing something about that and I don’t believe it was exclusive to the Mii Fighters.
