No, there will be no penalty for a Lover dying. I don’t like how the game progresses when the Mafia know who the remaining Lover is, it puts forth a very clear “best course of action” for both the Mafia and the Civs and makes the game less responsive.
Goku can also only protect from Ginyu kills FYI so unless the Mafia try THE PLAY that point penalty won’t matter. Also gonna steal your terminology and just say “Z Warriors & Ginyu Force” for Civs & Mafia. Even though it’s a bit inaccurate it’s a hell of a lot easier than saying “Z Warriors and Namekians VS Frieza and his soldiers”

Well, me and Beta had the balls to consider it, so you just never know. That’s why I also had to give Nail the negative penalty just in case.
