SRK Mafia XIX: Restarted Robbers and Cops (The End. Cops Win. Alpha Best Vigi since Jimbo-Hecatom)

Lynch Bious

Its been fun gaiz!~

(Just kidding Bious. I love you).

Bious gun fuck up again. :coffee:

Also, good shit on DarkGeneral goin’ ham before he died. Awesome. Lynch AlphaCommando

And just to be on the safe side, I reiterate:

Lynch AlphaCommando

And just with that, your entire argument is discredited.

I’ll save us some time this Day phase, so we can talk about actual important things rather than me trying to defend myself in vain because a dead guy said to lynch me. I’m the Assassin. I poisoned Reiraku last night, so if he doesn’t die to poison today, I’ll eat a lynch. It’s not a big deal having to role claim now; the plan was to role claim tomorrow after I’d used my final poison, but I can still get my last one off tonight before I die (bar enforcement).

There goes your lazy votes, dickheads. Start looking somewhere else. I’d suggest one of the people that were very quick to jump on the easy vote on me.

Reiterate this.

Fuck you

Lynch: Cyntalan

Why poison Reiraku? (Just looking for verification on who you say you are)

Can you two tell me why you’re so set on lynching him? Especially since now we’re pretty sure he’s the assassin?

because alphacommando claimed after they had set to lynch him lol. I believe his claim.

Lynch AlphaCommando

I dunno. This seems like a desperation attempt to live one turn longer after DG’s pseudo last gasp. If he gets someone else lynched and then is lynched the next day, he at least still succeeded, and can possibly even put up a smokescreen to make us forget for a little while longer. If Reiraku dies to poison, he either rolled a natural 20 or was actually the assassin, and if he doesn’t, we probably just wasted a day phase lynching another civ.

Here’s the thing. Alpha is under heavy pressure right now. If he was counterclaimed chances are he’d be put to death instantly because attention on him. Just feel like it’d be easier to defend himself rather than do nothing and probably commit suicide.

I get that. I suppose it all depends on whether they’re wanting to ferret out the real assassin or not. The assassin could be going ham and poisoning each night, or he might save his last one for later in the game if his second one hits civ. If that is what they are expecting, and they ferret him out, he dies tonight, forcing him to either poison someone that night or waste it entirely.

It seems like a bad idea, but keep in mind this: dude’s gone ham so far. ALphaCommando’s been a long time player of this. Gung Ho assassinating usually isn’t the greatest idea, but it tends to be what happens when a fresh face and/or first-time role player gets that role. Not so much with the veterans.

Who knows? It might actually be true. It just seems like a stretch.

I’ll do you one better. I’ll explain my entire thought process. But first, I’ve changed my mind on lynch target.

Lynch: Korbidon

So the plan from the very beginning was to burn all my stocks asap and confirm myself as Assassin on Day 4 (when my confirmation of identifying the poisoned player would essentially make me roleless).

jasonC made it really easy to pick a Day 1 target with this:

I told Bious to send him this when he died:

Reiraku was another easy poison, with his vote on me out of nowhere yesterday with no explanation.

As for the argument that I’m Mafia trying to get Assassin to counter-claim: bullshit. There’s no reason to claim Assassin when it could be done way easier and more effectively with a fake UC claim.

Fair enough, AC. Explain why Korbidon then.

I’d assume It’s Korbidon because of his lynch vote just now.

I wasn’t sure if it was just that or if there was something more to it.

This. The vote was after I claimed and nobody had made a counter-argument to my claim. That was a pretty obvious dog pile vote. Easy way for Mafia to hide.

OK AC convinced me.
Lynch Cyntalan

Forgot to mention his bandwagon vote on Day 1 and No Vote on Day 2.

Fuck, I almost edited that.
Lynch Cyntalan

Yeah, I see what you’re sayin’. COupled with the lack of a counter-claim (something the assassin could do without worry at this point if he wanted to go all out in 3 nights), I can understand your point.

Though a fair warning, AC. If you changed your vote 'cause you instead plan on sticking me with your last shot, don’t. It’ll be a waste of your claim. Search around for mafia.
