@pietastic page 1 plan solidifies him as civ in my book if only because no mafia would ever suggest such a plan and actually think it has a chance of gaining traction, especially when mafia gain no obvious benefit from having such a plan be initiated unless it so happened to be that most of the mafia is at the bottom of the list which I don’t think is likely as Kaz probably randomized the list. But even then if pie was mafia and we did all agree to follow his plan I’m confident that after going through enough civs the remaining players would get suspicious of how much the plan has been backfiring and cease to support it beyond a certain loss percentage. @aidebit you were smart to notice that mafia being at or near the bottom would still result in a win for them, but you failed to realize that civs (hopefully) aren’t so blind and stupid to let the game that close without realizing what was really going on. Also on page 5 pie was the first to point out dukec’s shitty math, so yeah I’m more trusting of him than anyone else at the moment.
Also we know mafia will gladly sacrifice 1 member to make another look clean duh, but sacrificing 2 to make 1 look clean?..well yes still possible but not very likely, especially in a game where half the players bother reading the whole thread to begin with. So as far as I’m concerned pie is clean exodus was wrong as most day1 LG’s are.
WAH seems to strongly imply that RF is mafia because…he said he was going to be busy with work and this ties into AC’s day 1 auto lynch toward RF so hmmm, can’t tell if that is just vigilance on WAH’s part as a civ or a loosely coordinated attack to give credibility to AC’s auto lynch.
I agree however, remember when PW was mafia and day 1 he said “we should avoid lynching the big names and keep them around for now” he was trying to pre emptively deter suspicion against himself and pie while simultaenously appearing to be helpful. Using the civs fear of shooting themselves in the foot by lynching a “big name” is one of the most common yet subtle tools in a mafia’s arsenal so the minute anyone starts to make any definitive stance on any group of players one way or the other I am already suspicious of that guy.
It’s not really helpful since AC is already dead, but on page 2 AC did exactly what PW did as mafia, which was belittle a poster who questioned his logic with a meme pic rather than addressing the actual issue. There has been a lot of this going on already, look at MP for example, I’ve pointed out his questionable logic, and he responds with what amounts to “lol OZ I’m going to ignore you and just vote to lynch you based on a false premise”. This is what infuriates me about these games, some people say they want to play, but then simply aren’t willing to truly grasp what another person is saying due to personal opinions they have about any given player. Confirmation bias only helps mafia never the civs.

The thing about lists everyone should know by now is that you can’t just throw one out there and expect it to not be scrutinized. And when Vynce does the logical thing and ask for your reasoning you respond with not that, but an admission that your list was simply a bait to press those players for information…but again it begs the question why them?

Okay let’s ask everyone else who here besides sovi3t feels I’ve “been trying really hard to lead civs” ? And before anyone answers I’d appreciate some evidence in the form of my supposed leading. If anything sovi3t sounds like a mafia trying to frame me for aidebit’s death which may or may not be the case, but I’m sure we can all agree it’s a hell of a lot more plausible then what batshit theory sovi3t is peddling. To further shine a light on sovi3t’s incompetence may I remind you all he said he would auto vote me for the rest of the game…yeah because we all know how static mafia games are nope! New information and the dynamic interactions between players as the game evolves should never influence a player’s vote, clearly going with a day 1-2 read and sticking with it for the rest of the game especially when you have no backing is clearly the smart play here

Okay so does bious starting the AC bandwagon make him look more innocent or guilty? I said earlier that there was most likely at least 1 mafia between bious, AC, and RF and that if we lynch 1 we should lynch all 3 hpwever, I failed to mention before that when I said that I made the assumption that the first of those 3 we would hypothetically lynch would be civ and discourage us from going after the other 2, I didn’t imagine we’d get mafia on the first try.
And then he posts this after reminding us he was voting AC, and at this point there wasn’t a widespread anti AC sentiment so why not use this moment to garner support for AC? It just comes across as odd to be the first to push for AC’s lynch and then immediately 1 page after, encourage others to vote for someone else. Maybe you want the benefit of looking like a civ in the event AC does get lynched and/or sacrificed while also having the benefit of supporting a civ lynch and still looking innocent? Don’t take this as an accusation, this time around I’m trying to be very careful before I point fingers if that wasn’t obvious already by my low post count this game.
Just so everyone sees MP was willing to vote for the now confirmed TCJ and asked a question that was asked and answered a page before.
Let it be noted that DukeC voted for synonym day1 and at this point no one suspected dukec outside of pie pointing out his bad math which really wasn’t much of an accusation especially since it was so early in the game, so we can take this vote to mean synonym is more likely civ than not…right?

@cyntalan right after AC built up a surprisingly convincing case against 3SL you publicly intended to vote for me with no explanation given. In the event you are mafia this would make you look good as you avoided the mafia trap, but in the event you’re a civ what did I say that was at that time mroe damning then AC;s breakdown of 3SL which we all here can agree was a solid case even in hindsight.

I understand that my low post count this game is what made me suspicious to some of you but liek I already said before in this thread, days before this game started I told @radicalfuzz on skype I’d be playing very differently this time around. Also if I die I will be slightl frustrated however, at least I’ll know that civs won’t be losing a valuable role and the civs who voted me will feel REALLY fucking stupid and be exposed, jsut like how synonym felt last game with his shitty reads.

Vote for me if you want, but I feel in my mega post above I’ve made at least a few genuinely helpful observations that a mafia probably wouldn’t point out. I’ve done all I can to be helpful thus far and prove my innocence while not pandering to you guys to post more just so I earn your trust.
