I say the <Bious> role gets assigned even if he’s not recruited by the mafia, just for shits and giggles. It wouldnt effect much… I guess it gives the civs 1 more role claim, but then they might not trust he is mafia, but if the last gasp block goes off then <Bious> can safely role claim. I dunno. Something funny about having <Bious> assigned and then either recruited or not. Like, <Bious> can go “Damn I was so close to being mafia” and the mafia can go “good thing we dodged recruiting that player as <Bious> or we’d be screwed”
