Ugh, I’m not sure how I’m going to trim down this game if we don’t get those 3 other players in.
It depends on if Bious wants to give his vote to the civs, as is Bious does that could be another vote for Bious, therefore having Bious vote for Bious last and getting Bious two points for voting for Bious, which Bious needs.
