SRK Mafia XI: Vampires Vs Werewolves - Game Over: Town Wins!

Lynching me was a great idea…last game.

This game, don’t fuck up. Just fucking don’t.

That’s not really a great rationale, is it?

Also, note that this is my opinion on Day 1. I have serious doubts that you’ll end up dying today. More than likely TCJ will be lynched and will prove to be civilian. And the game will spiral from there.

So to make sure its clear:

3rdStrikeLove, Orochizoolander and HAX are voting Pietastic.

Vynce is voting SumAznDude.

Majority votes are going for TCJ.

Other big names that came up for lynch:
Vynce
Azure
MissingPerson
DarkGeneral

My initial read on this is evidence that the gloves are off and the two mafia factions are clearly at their throats which is good.

The bad is that, in the event the we do nab a mafia this lynch, the people that voted for them aren’t automatically cleared because it is to be expected that mafia factions voted for each other.

I’d highly doubt that the factions would vote for their own. Their numbers are top small at this point and their up against each other to win as well. The risk outweighs the reward imo. Of course yomi is still possible.

As civs we can’t risk lynching our immune members so if any of you feel like you’re at risk send smoke signals or something.

Right, and pretty soon, I’ll be freed up for a while. Right now, the following is happening:

  1. My internet is highly unstable at work, so I can’t post like I did from work anymore.
  2. I’m having to take classes for my TESOL certification. It’s work at your own pace, but I really should finish it soon.
  3. I’m troubleshooting my joystick and trying to prep it to put in a new 360 PCB.
  4. I’m having to make my final exams.
  5. I just got Xbox Live back and am enjoying the ability to actually play games.

Not going SMW on you guys. I’m still putting in the wrench work here, but yeah, I do have a few reasons why I’ve “pulled back,” so to speak.

Besides, there hasn’t been a hell of a lot for me to commentate on.

I’ll be dissecting a lot more later.

Um… really? I know you’re new, but people generally don’t go in on someone day one with vague accusations like “stuff you’ve said not really adding up to me.” The reason is that they realize they’re most likely wrong, their lynch target will turn up clean, and then the accuser will be the next target. Not exactly a good strategy for long-term health.

Also, in your scenario, there is no “bright side.” What other insights I have, regardless of their value, might need to stay sealed.

It’s day one shenanigans not really much to weigh in here unfortunately.

Co-Jones isn’t even showing up? That’s a slap in the face to every player, regardless of role and faction. Locking it in now. (Don’t forget to PM PW, folks!)

Lynch: The Co-Jones

*In a game like this, this response strikes me as odd MP.

If you were bitten by a faction would you call to be cured? *

I am a civ - fullstop.

I think that pietastic is innocent.

Particularly due to his whole role scenario.

MP says he knows me, and can read me every time.

And has said so for the last few games.

BUT ALL SIGNS POINT TOWARDS MY BEING CIV.

Lynch that monster.

That’s totally not an unbiased observation.

I’ve thought about it. Honestly, it’s hard to say. If I say unequivocally “yes,” then I run the risk of never being recruited and receiving intel, I’d just be killed outright, or you guys would just assume I’m already an initiate and trying to stay good with the civs. If I say unequivocally “no,” then you guys are bound to lynch me anyway since I “wouldn’t be helpful to the civ cause.” If I give an ambiguous question, I limit the amount of intel I could receive if I get recruited and they might decide to bring me into the main PM.

I was actually hoping to escape this question, despite my asking it myself. More than likely I’d ask to be cured, but I’d have to be sure it was the right time to be cured.

Notice, if you will, the overabundance, nay, the overkill, of petty excuses in the above post.

Kneejerk like a bad Adon player.

Tunnel vision: You’re doing it wrong.

I tell you what, I’ll bet the Chinese dinner you owe me when I get home that you’re dirty as fuck.

It seems that The Co-Jones never came here so i guess that my vote will be him.
Lynch: The Co-jones

Then you’re missing the message.

Double it, and toss in a Wise Guy’s 18" triple cheese, and you are on.

*At this point I think Coco is a straight up roleless Civ. If he was mafia he should have checked in by now. If he had a pm buddy he should have checked in. And if he has a role he is a damn fool for not checking in.

Assuming Coco is Civ, do you think we could use him as some sort of poison pill? Maybe we can get the doctor to intentionally kill/cure him at a later phase. This is of course, a big assumption on my behalf and we run the risk of missing out on a chance to nab someone on inept mafia play.

At best this is bad mafia play. At worst this is bad civ play. Either way this is has been poor play on Coco’s part.*

COME ON COREY, ANTE UP.

If he’s a civ and we use him as a poison pill, monsters just won’t bite him. And that would tie up the doctor, who will likely be busy on subsequent nights so long as he’s alive.

Fuck it, Lynch: The Co-Jones*

I’m going to be pretty mad if you’re civ and not just playing the Wallflower archetype for your Mafia team.
