Ok. time for my wild speculation, I don’t know if I’ll be able to talk next day or not (for one reason or another), so I’ll put this out in the open. If I’m way off base, well then I guess I deserve to go

I think that Noodlehead is Magneto. Let me go over the reasons why

Firstly, I’m going on the assumption Magneto is a Marvel, even though he is on the Capcom PM, he wins only if the Marvels win. Why? Look at all the roles, he is listed with the Marvels. Nowhere on his card does it say he wins if the Capcoms win like it does with taskmaster. There is nothing to indicate he can win in any way other than Marvels winning. A lot of people seem to be under the assumption that he can choose sides or something, but I don’t get that from the rules at all. However, he can’t actually role claim. So, with that being said…

  1. If you were the mafia, and you had to silence somebody day 1, who would make most sense? How about the guy who knew all your identities. Magneto knows who each of the 5 capcoms on the PM are, I’d have to guess they were discussing roles and who had what. Through process of elimination, you’d have to know which of you was Magneto. But the problem is, they can’t do anything about it, because if they kill him in any way other than a lynch, then he will get a Will sent out with all the Capcom names, effectively ending the game.

  2. Knowing this, Magneto makes a perfect night 1 silence. Because Magneto can steer the game in the right direction, help people with inside information, etc you would not want him talking until you can deal with him.

  3. Noodle’s silence seemed to catch everyone off guard. If he is indeed Magneto, it makes sense wouldn’t it? And he’s been silenced, so he can’t help us out at all to clear anything up.

Now, did Noodle leave any hints that maybe he was something special like this?

I Find this post odd:

From somebody who knows his way around a Mafia game, notice how he intentionally gets the role count mixed up? 7 core mafia… but really there are only 6. Magneto isn’t core mafia, he is not mafia at all. Was he just unsure on the role count? Or was he posting this in hope somebody caught his slip up?

Same thing with the “we” thing. Noodle wouldn’t make that mistake on accident, and even though I’m convinced it was taken out of context, perhaps that was his intent.

Hell, look at the color scheme he uses on page 1 to talk about roles, RED and PURPLE. Magneto colors. He repeats this every time he is talking about Marvel and Capcom roles on the first few pages. He also manages to talk about Magneto roles a lot ,asking SWB Questions on it, seemingly fixated on the role up until he got silenced.

Now, assuming that the Magneto role is correct, what would that mean? Well, he was hesitant to put a vote onto GCL (turned out innocent), and when I pressed him for who we should vote for, he put in

But he wouldn’t put a vote in on Exodus, I don’t know if he’s nemesis (although Nemesis would actually probably still give magneto his last will with all the names I think?)

So, I don’t know, if he is Magneto, he can’t role claim. But he should be able to answer some questions easy enough:

  1. Do you think we should lynch Exodus? If he’s dirty, it would be a good way to prove you right…

  2. Is it a good idea for Ghost Rider to give you a visit the next night phase?

And if I’m way off base with this later on, you can all look at me and laugh… because at least I’m going out in a flame of glory!

I wouldn’t say I’ve been posting more infrequently, just been playing Injustice and writing FAQs for it while I been doing it (ie - the Interactive Objects thread in the Injustice forum, and the Doomsday, and Black Adam threads). Also looking for a job. Also not much to comment on when every 3rd post is 2 random people at each other’s necks for no reason.

jumped on a lynch train? Go back and re-read. I posted I was going to submit a vote for Pataka as soon as I woke up yesterday, even before Redbeard did. As soon as he made that stupid PM, my decision was made. I went with GCL first day simply to avoid a no lynch scenario. I was pissed that we didn’t go for the inactives, like that man baby Icege who signs up for a game he knows requires attention, then cries because he is too busy to play the game he knew would require him to not be that busy. Fuck you can’t check in to a website for 20 minutes out of a day? You fucking liar.

Personally, I’d be looking more at the people who have accused multiple people within one day phase. MP, you’ve bounced around from person to person. Kaz has gone from lynch inactives to lynch Manx to lynch Fudd faster than I change boxer shorts. Nick is either trolling as a civ who doesn’t care, or trolling like a mafia with a plan. I’d honestly have to flip a coin to decide on that one. And if you read well, there has been at least a couple of people who’ve possibly role claimed Magneto if you pay attention.

It makes sense why they silenced noodle night 1 now since the ability carries over for the whole day/night phase. It’s pretty much getting a kill a day early if they decide to go that route.
