One more thing: is the whole “remain inactive during the night to confirm you’re not mafia” strategy illegal in this game?

Night actions can be submitted in any way the person likes; pm, email, from another account, the day before, etc

so ultimately the strategy won’t really work in this game

If you’re going to allow night actions to be submitted from secondary accounts make sure that the person confirms the identity of the second account.

If it’s a civ role then there’s a confirmed civ going into the second game, switching with a random player? If it’s a mafia role then they’re obviously going to lynch the person.

EUREKA! Don’t announce whether that role is civilian or Mafia. However, that role can choose who to switch with from the other game. A civilian can say “Screw you guys I’m going over to the other game where I won’t immediately lose. Enjoy switching with this Mafia” and a Mafia can jump ship and try to switch with an important civ role. That could get pretty broken actually, 2 UCs and a Medic, 2 Medics and a UC, 4 Mafia and 8 Civilians while at the same time the other game has 2 Mafia and 10 Civilians.

Preventing last gasps looks like the new SRK Mafia game add on. Is that too strong to have a maximum of 3, I wonder.

The worst case scenarios haven’t happened on adding new things, but the chance that they could shouldn’t be left off the table.

Well yeah, I added that mechanic for the all star game, and this game is intended to take the same format (minus the mid game recruiting that AC added) only upping it to 12 players.

So that’s why the mechanic is in back to back games. It’s supposed to make it so that the Uc can never feel safe just sitting on their investigations.

Saying you have 3 is not entirely fair, you’d only get 3 if you were down to the last mafia player. You start the game with 1; you can’t feel safe just blowing it night 1, because then you don’t get another one until a mafia person is killed.

So, if Saxton is killed, the Red team loses these stocks too? He’s essentially another Light the Kira/Darth Chef/Head Mafia?
