Has anyone brought up the idea of overlapping game sign ups? Meaning to have the sign up threads active while a game is already running?
Or would that be bad?
It wouldn’t be if we had a large player base.
Then players could split time between whatever games are running.
With a smaller base, you’re basically saying, “Hey, I want your game to end soon,” because people that would sign up are already in that game.
Plus with burnout happening, we need to hold stuff back.
Now if an Arena sign-up was happening instead, I think that’d be fine.
I honestly had Arena in mind when I thought about this.
I was thinking that people already in a game could sign up to pending games. Kind of hoping the longer sign up window could grab more attention. I see your point though. The player base has been kind of consistent. Still pondering ways to change that.

Guys, had an idea.
Considering also giving points for GMing games. We have a Bonus point section in the spreadsheet now due to my and Synonym’s participation in the GoC.
As such here’s my two considerations:
1 point for starting a game. Period.
OR
1 point for starting a game. 1 point if you did write-ups or had to help out in any way.
