This is the same type of argument that some people try to use to oppose gay marriage, and it’s equally irrelevant in this case. Your ability to procreate does not determine your gender. I would argue that transgendered people are the gender they’ve transitioned into in physiological terms in almost every aspect other than this one. GRT isn’t perfect, but it’s pretty damn close.
In any case, that wasn’t the point I was making. Basically, I’m saying that a man and a transwoman make up a heterosexual relationship.

A man with a transgender male-to-female is not a heterosexual relationship by definition as it’s physiologically impossible to change your sex. It’s physiologically impossible to change your biological sex. One may attempt to live as the other gender and change their appearance through surgery, take supplemental hormones, and even change your legal gender but your sex won’t change.
