My buddy is glued to his iphone using facebook. My other buddy who is his room mate, has told me that while his girlfriend, his friends, family have conversations with him, he makes no eye contact and is always zoning out on facebook. Shit is too ridiculous and I too don’t have a FB account or a myspace or a twitter. Social networking sites are garbage.
Social Networking websites scare the shit out of me.
Not nearly so much as the people who practically live on them, for me.

I just renewed my prem recently I when I went to change my ‘SKIN’ I couldnt find the tab for it anymore.
Can anyone shed some light on this for.
I seached around but I just couldnt relocated the skins option.

[]Well, apparently the pedometer I borrowed is…inaccurate to say the least considering it didn’t count the same amount of miles when going back and forth on the exact same path. That and I’m pretty sure it under-counted by at least 3 miles since it said that I only walked 12.5 miles after 5 hours, despite the fact that I got turned around twice because I had to walk a really circuitous path. Still, I suppose it’s at least good to know the minimum amount that I walked if I’m going to continue trying to be more optimistic. Maybe I was misusing it slightly…
[]One final thing about tomorrow: I think SRK mentioned more about the whole inane 4/20 thing then…anyone else. The news usually mentions it, but it was too busy covering actually important things and I suppose UC Santa Cruz was too busy still protesting over education getting fucked over (more) this year.
[]Related to that, I’m kind of surprised at how much hate there is for St. Patrick’s Day in here (especially given how casually a lot of you mention drinking). I mean, yeah, it’s a pretext for people getting smashed like assholes, but it’s exactly that: a pretext. It’s not like 4/20 where it’s not even a regularly celebrated or even recognized “holiday” that doesn’t have some (vague) historical legitimacy–hell, St. Patrick was at least Irish compared to St. Valentine having nothing to do with love. It’s just like people being assholes about using July 4th (or the days or weeks after and before it) to as pretext set off (dangerous) fireworks: people are assholes who use any excuse to something they want to do (or to scold someone for doing something they want to do but refuse to whatever reason). Nothing new.

Destination Truth just came back a month ago, but its season is already finished; Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen just came on about a month ago–I haven’t watched at all–I think and it’s having its season finale next Tuesday; Fact or Faked is much the same and it’s having its season finale next Wednesday; I’m pretty sure that Stargate Universe (and indeed the entire Stargate universe) is coming to its final series finale. I’m not sure if these are those stupid “mid-season” finale things, but even if they are for the first three, I have to ask: What the hell is replacing them? The only new thing I’ve heard of at all is this Alphas thing, but that can’t replace four shows. That combined with having seen no commercials for or heard any mention of new Eureka, Warehouse 13 or Haven, the fact that Merlin just ended & Sanctuary only just came back, and that they’re showing Sarah Connor Chronicles en masse for some reason just makes me scratch my head. (They’re seriously already on episode 7 of Connor Chronicles…even though they only started showing it two weeks ago; there also showing at least three more episodes tonight. Yeah…)
