Fuck sugar. I usually squeeze a little lime in there, and add a few mint leaves. Hoisen sauce, hells yeah. But mostly for dipping meat into. Chili sauce, hot pepper (or jalepeno or whatever they gimme with it), and obviously bean sprouts. Is it considered rude to ask for extra bean sprouts to add to the soup? Whenever I go get pho, I usually take a date with me, and bitches always take most of the bean sprouts. Why they give two people the same amount as one person?
And Tweleve, I tried a straight up ghost chili, it wasn’t as bad as people make it out to be.
