@Hecatom That sucks to hear. I get drained with school having to put out a new drawing each week (luckily, not this semester)⌠I lose motivation to do much outside of assignments. That and lack of inspiration. Getting stuck in routines kinda dulls the creative flow.
Iâm not sure what the lack of fighting game interest has to do with not cominâ to GD⌠pretty sure half of the posters here couldnât give two shits about any of 'em anymore. Kooperâs excuse is lame.

Just moved house 3 1/2 months ago, me and gf are already wanting to move out cos the landlord is a stand up cunt. He is trying to bump the rent up with absolutely no reason other then he is greedy. When I asked him why is he putting the rent up he said âyouâve been here 10 monthsâ, weâve lived here 3 and a half months, not that it is a good enough reason anyway.
Iâve never once missed a rent payment or complained about the price of rent EVER, yet he is constantly on my back about only working 4 days a week, even though it shouldnât be shit to him because I pay my rent and I pay my way, I never ask anyone else for money because I am perfectly comfortable.
Worst part is I canât have a full blown argument with him cos he is my gfâs dad.
I still laugh about Justin trying to get Kayane to kiss girls at CEO, and repeatedly bringing it back up on twitter.

Iâm in a similar boat, been at this apartment almost 6 years now and every year they up the rent. Itâs usually like 10 dollars or so which I donât bitch about, but I just got a paper on my door saying it would go up like 50 bucks if we sign another lease. Iâm like fuuuuuuuuuck that.
Not to mention theyâve started accepting section 8 a year or two ago and are moving all the hoodrats in next to us. Our neighbor now is the worst. Bitch never closes her door and is always blasting the loudest shittiest rap music she can get her hands on. She never goes to work either, single mom collecting them checks. Always yelling at her 4 kids about stupid shit and all they do is run out of there and fuck shit up in the hallways. These mother fuckers have TWICE gotten into the fire extinguisher and blasted the entire hallway. I try not to get mad at the little ones cuz thatâs how this dumb ho is raising them, and the youngest one is surprisingly super sweet and always offers to help my girlfriend carry groceries and shit. His mom is always sitting in the hallway breaking up a cigar and dumping all the tobacco on the staircase though. Takes a lot of restraint not to RockB this broad.
I gotta get out the hood.

Ahh, that makes it hard. IDK about where youâre at, but I have a dog and wish I had a cat⌠A cat would be easy to find a place for, so long as itâs declawed. A dog⌠not so much. Everywhere wants like $100+ a month for the dog, plus a non-refundable pet fee of 50% of the rent price to have a dog. My place cost me $500 for the non-refundable pet fee⌠but no monthly increase. Now, I have a 1-hr commute to work. Finding a new place sucks.
