So after reading an old issue of GQ a while ago, I started to get more interested in the sophistication of alcohol, champagne and wine to be exact. Tonight, since the local higher end restaurant was packed at the bar, I went to the Wine and Spirits shop right below Whole Foods. First time I went there, I bought a bottle of Dom Perignon, which was a lesbian pornstar orgy in my mouth. Now I got a bottle of 2008 Pinot Noir and I gotta tell ya, it’s bomb. Reason why I don’t get 40’s like my room mate, is that I have a very low tolerance for alcohol since the day I got out of the military. And I get sick of tasting the same stuff over and over again. Also, when I graduate and get a career started, I want to step my entire game up and roll like a gentleman.

You can’t get hooked on anti-depressant, in-fact half the time they dont even work in treating depression, but they work wonders for withdrawal symptoms (headaches, cold sweats etc…).
Anti-depressants are the biggest load of hosreshit to come out of the 80~90s - much like “bi-polar”.
Turns out, not only do the drugs not “work”, but the problem isn’t an inherent problem of itself, but a symptom of stressor issues (often sustained ones, such as an abusive home environment) in certain people’s lives, shorting out their normal brain functionality… so of course the “cure” doesn’t work, if the problem itself isn’t even real, let alone really the problem.
It is yet another example of the prevailing trend of blaming the victim.
God that movie turned me away from Wine cuz all the stuck up winos where loving it but it was a terribad fucking movie. It didn’t even really have much to do with Wine. Uhg.
Nah, fuck that movie. I have not seen it, and I do not plan on seeing it. I do enjoy a cold one in the summer, especially the summer wheat beers but I can’t pull em’ back like I used to.
Watching the fight for relief stream, and I am just now realizing it is in So Cal. I keep missing these damn tournaments, this one came out of nowhere.
Facebook, and Twitter kind of solves your problem. If you don’t like Twitter use facebook. If you don’t like facebook make a twitter account, and you probably won’t ever miss another stream ever.
I don’t watch many streams, but I always know when they are on because of twitter.
I don’t know why twitter gets so much hate.
Really helps for a sports fanatic like me too. I always know when a game is worth watching, or when it’s about to go into the final quarter/inning so I cant tune in.

As long as you don’t follow stupid people talking about stupid shit like what kind of cereal they ate that morning, then it’s not bad like some people make it out to be.
I hadn’t heard a damn thing about this tournament on SRK until today, same goes for facebook (though I only get updates from a few people). Also ckrazy, I meant missing actually being at the tourny, not missing the stream.
