Why bother? The fourth generation pretty much killed that series and it’s not like you’ll ever get everything. It would take too long otherwise.
I think it was a spin-off that released recently, though I couldn’t tell you since I haven’t been keeping up with Pokemon for the past couple of years at the least.
The games that were released most recently were the fifth iterations of the main series, though, meaning that they added to the total number of new “Pogeyman”.
Just curious how did the fourth generation kill it? (I played up to Gold/Silver and then fell off)

Stealth Rock stupidity & a lack of new Rapid Spin users, not balancing the typing chart still (and apparently they STILL haven’t bothered changing it in the fifth generation even though it sorely needs it), not bothering to balance physical & special split and doing silly things like making Pursuit physical, buffing only Sandstorm when it comes to weather (though it’s not like Rainy Day needed buffing), etcerta etcerta.
White has more exclusive pokermans, AND you get the Black legendary. Black is more battle focused, and has a lot of items/shops to buy stuff you normally have to find or work hard for in White. White gets a special zone that’s a forest with exclusive Pokemon in it (Hence why White has more), and Black gets a city with shops and battles and more stuff.
The aesthetic of Black is a bit more “technologically advanced” than White in certain areas, too. There’s minor graphical changes in a lot of the cities to reflect this, Opelucid City looks completely different depending on which version you have.
I stopped buying these games after Crystal Version though.
