anywho, work today decides to tell me I need photo id so they can run a background check on me. Fantastic, except:
- they don’t take health cards (nobody does, for fear of the info being stolen)
- I have no other photo id
- all other forms of id cost money, which I hate having to spend on stupid shit
- only time to get photo id done is during gov’t office hours (9-5 weekdays), and I work 9-5 weekdays
so I basically told work they would have to give me a paid day off to deal with this shit. Thank God the job is actually worth it (with the exception of having to deal with elderly uneducated americans)

Once a year, I follow a tradition of marathoning through Beast Wars. I haven’t done my marathon this year, and I need to get it done before depressing ass fall and winter come around.
Gonna need to hook my laptop up to my TV and buy some snacks (healthy snacks, ugh) for the weekend I will dedicate to my marathon. It will be glorious.
