US won every tournament other than SF though. The big names from Japan weren’t there for BBCS2, but US won every other tournament IIRC.

Has nothing to do with Fei winning Evo. He’s just way to solid in relation to the rest of the cast. Most of the characters can’t reliably handle Rekkas and EX Chicken wing having Strike invincibility is ridiculous, especially for a move that’s safe on block and can be comboed from.
I’m gonna pick Seth. Its obvious now that Ono’s intention all along was to get rid of footsies in Street Fighter. I expect the balance changes to give Guile an air Flash kick that makes him go in a low arc forward like in HDR.
