I’m skeptical of these devices, but…I got one of those sonic pest repellers that works. Lowes carries it. It’s the 2-speaker one. Running it upstairs was working like a charm. One night, a particularly stubborn critter remained in the attic. So, I opened the trap and put it in the attic itself. Within a minute or two, I heard it scurry towards the end of the attic. Then…silence.
Give it a try. Return it if it doesn’t work.

I know about those things. They MIGHT work for warding things off for a little while, but whatever pests you’re trying to ward off just get used to the noise. I don’t think this squirrel’s going to give up a good spot for a little noise.
