Mary’s been my girl since FF3. Lack of Mary in anything makes me mad. Just like when King was left out of '02 because she was apparently too powerful. I’m like why is that a problem I’ll take her being broken! If I can’t have Mary and King on my team there is no team, and therefore there is no game to speak of.

Nah - it was a game-play change up just to make him more unique, and and stand out from the Ryos and Terrys of the game.
Later on, they added clone versions, which were older type Kyos.
And, of course Mr. Dash and Pedo Skates.

I’m one of the few who will probably share this sentiment. I liked Dracula, I liked the action and plot, I loved the over-dramatized “VAN HELLLSSSSSIIIIG!!!” scream made by Dracula.
