Back to the other question,and to that i say, it depends. In a short amount of time (4-6 months), a man can gain like 30 pounds from bodybuilding and eating like a horse. Then spend 2 weeks tops trimming down to get lean, but stay muscular. Can a woman gain weight and muscle? Yeah sure. Is it the norm in hollywood? No, not even remotely. Can she do it as fast as a man without steroids? No. Do female actors want to flip flop their bodies like that for a role, affecting their breast, and general self esteem? NO. I bet a lot of female actors wouldnt even wanna go through the process due to how hard it can be, or that they dont wanna mess up other potential roles.
Every man ive seen who goes through arduous shit to get buff for roles. Hated it. lol. Chris evans is one that comes to mind. Who said he didnt enjoy getting buff for captain america at all. Its a shit ton of eating, and a tremendous amount of working out.
The female actors in that blog link are twigs, have always been twigs, and will always be twigs. At the most they’ll do some basic gal gadot, olivia munn level of training that is not aimed at gaining weight and muscle. Its just choreography shit, basic toning, and cardio. They wont commit to gaining 20 pounds of muscle, and leaning up. Them small titty bitches aint trying to lose their little mosquito bites through that type of training, and **women are the MOST self conscious about being too muscular. Men are not. **
Olivia munn actually lost 12 pounds while training for x men. lol. You always hear about men losing weight, gaining it back, for roles and shit. How often do you hear about women doing that kind of shit? Like almost never.
