SFIV at least had El Fuerte, which has been by far my favorite Street Fighter character since possibly CvS2 Rolento or A3 Akuma.
Nah. I dont play it anymore, but i dont have to. Its not a game you need to even practice that often. Especially if you main one character. When im playing fg’s now, its just KI. I think sf5 is dope, but i have no interest in being great at that game, and i think again, its dope.
sf5 is like st, or the sf2 series in general in a way. You dont need to play those games all the time to be solid in them, or even great. SF5 is a good game, that only needs but so much of your attention. In a way i like that. So when i wanna play once or twice a week now, i aint gotta adjust but so much to get back in there.
Like you love xrd, but its not a game you can take long breaks in,and be a respectable skill level. Some games just arent like that. As much as i love tekken, its not a game i can ignore for long, or you rust the fuck up quick. KI is that way. BB is that way. GG is that way.

I hate that people are comparing it to ST. I used to play ST for days in a row. The game had a lot of nuance in how it played and each character seemed to bring something to the table. SFV does not make me feel that way.

Word. Well ive played countless hours of st too, but its the closest game that i can recall to compare it too. Point is still the same. ST isnt a game you need to practice a lot. Neither is sf5. SF5 brings a lot of nuance to the table. I dont know who youre playing. It has the same nuance, and more, than st. ST, the most overrated game in the fgc. But i digress. lol
Nah, it has depth, but its enjoyment doesnt come from complicated shit. Its back to the basics. Its on some sf2, samurai showdown levels of shit, with a little bit of other stuff.
I don’t know about that, yet anyway. It’s right on 5th in a campus building, so I would be a little surprised.
