Obviously, install ceiling fans in your living room /bedroom if you don’t have em.
Or a fan with cfm like vornado brand.
Take night cold showers,right before bedtime and sleep with the fan on high.
Drink lots of cold water throughout the day.
If there’s a subdivision pool or nearby pool try and go swimming. Best time would be mornings if possible.
Peak sunlight 10-4 so try to avoid going those hours,plus lots of people being in the pool increases the temp.
