While he’ll still have to pay taxes because he can’t escape the federal taxes unless he moves out of the country, he’s robbing NJ of millions of tax dollars by moving to Florida where, again, there is no state income tax.

I will say this though. The chefs definitely made me feel like what I did mattered. Normally at the job we have to order our food like any other customer but we get a discount on certain meals during break. But as a Dishwasher they always need dishes so I rarely could take scheduled breaks. More often than not I work through the whole shift. Chef’s notice this so one day they came up to me and said “Hey youngin just letting you know we see you busting your ass keeping dishes clean and bringing them to the cook station. Like you the only dishwasher I’ve seen where we didn’t have to call for dishes or get someone to help you out. So for making our jobs easier. Fuck paying for meals. You just let us know when you get hungry and we’ll put something on the side for ya and slip it to you.”
I got so many chopped steaks with mac and cheese for free. After my 4 months there, I had to have eaten at least 400 dollars worth of food for free. next time I’m in Atlanta GA I’m definitely gonna hit that AppleBee’s up just to see them and say wasup.
