The apartment I live in now isn’t great, I’ll give you that. It is cheap, though, for a three-bedroom. The only roommate I have is my gf’s brother who I don’t want living there at all. Sadly, that’s a sacrifice I had to make. Even without him I could cover the rent way better than the $3,500+ they wanted out of me in Bushwick for one of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in.

Alex seems decent to rather good imo. Hes got pretty good normals, lack of parry (aside from Ryu of course) makes his telegraphing less of an issue as before and hisV-Skill is dangerous if he can manage to get it off imo.
Main flaw ive notoced is that some of his stuff prorates pretty badly off thw close line. Like close line>suplex isnt worth doing, better to flashchop or crouching hard punch into knee grab or something. He tends to need meter to be a real threat as well. Problems, but workable i think.
He fewls a lot more like a grappler now thwn a striker/grappler mix imo. I go for big grabs a lot more then combos when i use him.
