<div class=“QuoteText”>Seriously, is it so hard to ask for 60fps? I’m ok with not being able to see a well drawn tree and each leaf miles away from my character and its accompanying perfect shadow and the rippling river next to it if I can get my 60fps…<br></div>

The main reason I even built my PC in the first place was so I could get the fuck away from third party games that ran at > 30FPS.<div><br></div><div>Thankfully not all third party games run like shit, especially action games.</div>

GT games, and racing games that try to put on pretty paint, look AMAZING. That being said I probably will never ever ever own one.

Oh come on no love for Burnout?  =;

Burnout Paradise is the only racing game I like to play.  I dont like to play any sports games, arcade style or simulator style.  They all suck to me.<br><br>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1YVp9LLfyks<br>

Patches are seriously the worst thing for video games ever. Day 1 patches wtf is that shit. Game developers are getting lazy, its like niggas don’t love the craft anymore and its just a job now. Half of these games that are getting released these days make it hard for me to believe that developers even play the shit they make. <br><div>Nope, I much prefer Blur which was really awesome (Especially with a custom OST running) but Split/Second and Burnout whatever was released near that time and everyone suffered for it. Shame, Blur 2 leaked footage looked killer.</div>

Blur was GDLK. Midnight Club: L.A. is fucking amazing, I liked it way more than Burnout and Blur. Spilt/Second was alright, too. Midnight Club needs more love though, you guys can get the “complete” version for like 5 to 10 bucks now. It costs less to buy the “complete” version than to buy the DLC off of PSN/Live. <div><br></div><div>The newest Need for Speed(Most Wanted I believe) is the closest we’re going to get to Burnout: Paradise 2. You guys should play it, I was surprised at how good it was, it has the open world design from Paradise as well as being made by the same developers; Criterion games.</div><br><div>Edit: @DaRabidDuckie I haven’t beaten Wipeout HD/Fury yet either. I remember I got stuck on a certain track, stopped playing for a while, came back to the game, beat that track and a few others, then stopped playing again. I love the learning curve of the game, it requires skill to play it. I love that shit. My backlog is so messed up that I keep getting distracted by random games all the time.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

Games are a shitload more complicated to program and test in comparison to before, and if you are familiar to programming you will know that you more than likely won’t be able to catch every bug out there.  Yea, developers can still be lazy, but a lot of it also comes down to lack of time, which is coupled with a lack of money to extend the time so people can get paid.<br><br>This is the result of increased production values people expect with the new generation of games.<br>

Yeah Midnight Club series was really fun, wonder why that IP hasn’t been used more.

I bet you cant block low either.

People complaining about patches should play the original version of Daggerfall.

I’m not sure. If I see Midnight Club 3: DUB edition out in the wild somewhere on PS2 I’m going to buy it. I vaguely remember playing the 1st two games in the series on PS2 way back in the day and having fun with them as well.

<font face=“Arial, Verdana” size=“2”><span style=“line-height: normal;”>Wasn’t daggerfall never officially released?</span></font>

@Sonicabid the only thing keeping the PS4 from being emulated is the vram and ddr5.  The x86 architecture means it will be easy as fuck to code an emulator<div><br></div><div>and you are kidding yourself if you think graphics cards won’t have that within a year.  </div><div><br></div><div>Hell, most of the games announced as third party will likely be coming to PC anyways, soooooo…</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>the only reason PS3 and 360 weren’t emulated was because nobody cares.  </div>

Always funny when my SRK upbringing gets me into trouble with local inhabitants of a forum.<br><br><br>

Yes the second Elder Scrolls game was released and is free now.

After a bunch of famous and not-so-famous deaths this week, I’m wondering… what keeps an old person going, when everyone they looked up to is in the dirt, and there’s nothing left except whiny little fucks walking the earth?
