*stupid shit that continues to annoy me at work-- soooo many of these people (a particular demographic especially… I’m trying not to reach a certain conclusion about them being incapable of reading, comprehending and then following simple instructions… because they happen to be the majority anyway, so that’s most likely skewing the results, but it’s ALWAYS them) somehow cannot grasp the concept of doing a weekly goddamn certification. They’ll start, then just stop for no apparent reason… then 3 or 4 weeks go by and just like that, they CAN’T do it anymore because the system locks you out after 3 weeks of inactivity. This is so wildly retarded to me… it’s like if you put a plate of food in front of a child…then 20 minutes later the child complains he’s still hungry, because he didn’t do anything but sit there and look at the damn plate. "Well, Billy… you’re supposed to pick up that thing over there called a fork… scoop up that stuff we call ‘food’…and put the food in your mouth. Remember to then also chew the food several times and swallow it! That part can be tricky, I know." Or…it’s like an idiot that wonders why the fridge is empty, when he forgot to go to the grocery store for the past 3 weeks. These things require a continued effort on your part, ya dope. It’s amazing when you see just how incompetent MOST people are. It’s no wonder why the most common reason for discharge I see in the system is “poor job performance”. Maybe the human race in general needs a “nanny state”, because that’s how pitiful this species is.
