I’ve said it once I will say it again…i was always saddened that black people wandered away from rock. Some of the greatest rock in our history was created by black people. Hell, you just need to say Hendrix and some people get weak in the knees. Let alone play his music. And now almost every black musician tries to be the toughest rapper from the hood, rather than risk branching out into white music or whatever they perceive to be an attack on their culture.
