I’m sorry, but Avengers > TDKR. Sorry, but I just enjoyed the movie too much. I walked out of Avengers discussing all the cool shit I’d seen with friends, and “what if’s”, yet when I saw TDKR I just had too many questions and plot holes to point out.

One felt very long and the other went by in a snap. Beginning of DKR was very good, then it went into preacher mode once Bane spent like 5 minutes just beating on Batman. Why you trying to fistfight Bane, Batman? Throw batarangs at him or something. Too much of non Batman as well. More like random police people rises amirite?
Did Batman really have to climb that rope? You could easily cut like 45 minutes from DKR. Nolan needs to hire an editor or something.
Hathaway was good though. Good job on giving Bane a garbly mouth.

Bruce Wayne is broke, and declared dead. Wayne Enterprises is broke. All them criminals got out of jail, but Batman retired, so I guess…ummmm…they’re free? Talia and R’as are dead and gone. And Bane can’t hear motorcycles sneak up on him.
It wasn’t a terrible movie, but I can’t lie and say I wasn’t disappointed.

Yeah, I seen’t it. We also watched Adam Chaplin before The Raid because angelpalm linked it. That movie was trash. 90% of the action was saved for the end and it had the most horrendous pacing ever. It was funny when someone did die though. The faces made in this move man…

Y’know, that’s the last time I do an “impulse-buy” with headphones. I bought this JVC bullshit called “marshmallow” earbud style headphones…they were dirt cheap (10 or $15) but I figured at least they would function properly as some basic-level stuff…nope. Even my already low expectations were too much for this half-assed bullshit. These are, without question, the WORST headphones I’ve ever owned. I didn’t think it could be worse than the other cheap crap I had a few years ago, but this defines a whole new layer of crap. It sounds like I’m listening to my songs via the old empty can with a string attached to another empty can that’s next to a cheap cassette tape player on the other side. Imagine SEVERAL channels of sound just straight up missing… like you can’t hear ANY goddamn treble sound for awhile, or on some songs you hear absolutely no bass, or the various layers of tones in between all that. I’ll bet there are children’s toy headphones at a neighborhood dollar store that are superior to this garbage. It’s disgusting to me that something like this even exists in the first place. I’d feel bad for even giving this away as a free “gift” to someone…the product is that pitiful.
Really, besides this shit I’ve just been in the mood to punch people all day. I want to go back in time to elementary school just to beat someone’s ass for a nice, satisfying period of time… because that’s the phase of life where you can get away with beating someone’s ass with little to no real consequences.
Misty May and HER ASS™ are coming up soon…this should put me in a better mood… along with all the virtual murder I will engage in with various video games later.
